Basin Lake access point 19 is located on Basin Depot Road, off Turners Road (opposite the Bonnechere Provincial Park entrance). Day use permits to Basin Lake offer access along Basin Depot Road to the Hydro-Electric Transmission line corridor. Day use opportunities include paddling, biking along the Hydro-Electric Transmission line corridor, access to McKaskill Lake (portage), Little Norway Lake (car access), Foys Lake (portage), and Basin Lake (car and water access). There are no motorized vehicles permitted beyond the Hydro-Electric Transmission line without authorization.
