The Brazeau Reservoir has 3 camping loops: Loops A and B are unserviced but are treed; Loop C is powered but has few trees and is more like a large graveled lot close to the water. In the springtime; the water level is low and there is a lot of sandy beach area showing up on the north side beginning at the day use area, perfect for playing in and sunbathing. The Main Group site is a large area within walking distance to the shore; has a large shelter with a wood stove and is a very relaxing area to enjoy time with friends and family. There is a large grassy area to set up outdoor games as well. The reservoir is great for fishing; canoeing and bird watching.
