what to expect

Fushimi Lake offers day use, car camping, roofed accommodation, and backcountry camping opportunities. The park features a sandy beach with shallow clear water and buoyed swimming area, a boat launch, and two hiking trails. Fushimi Lake is well-known for its great fishing, boating, and paddling. Six more sand beaches are scattered along the lake's shores, accessible by boat, canoe, or kayak. The campground is located on the shores of Fushimi Lake and offers many electrical campsites. Sites are a convenient distance to the comfort station and the sand beach. Backcountry campsites are all within a short distance from the boat launch. A camp cabin is available on a waterfront site with outstanding lake views.
