what to expect

Known for its canopy of mature mixed hardwoods, Silver Lake Provincial Park is nestled on the clear waters of Silver Lake. The park offers both day use and car camping opportunities. The campground has three camping loops; Wesley, which offers pull-through electrical sites, as well as Dawson and Algonquin that offer tent campsites of which many overlook the water. Silver Lake offers swimming at two sand beaches, a boat launch, plus canoe, kayak, and paddleboard rentals. Silver Lake is a popular fishing destination for both new and experienced anglers. The day use area features a playground and a large stone picnic shelter with picnic tables.
