Wildhorse Lake Provincial Recreation Area is located about 25 km southwest of Hinton off Hwy 16. Enjoy scenic mountain views while fishing for trout at the two small mountain lakes in a non-motorized or electric-powered boat. This is a wonderful location for hiking, camping, kayaking, and paddleboarding. There are two campgrounds offering a mix of car accessible sites and walk-in tenting sites.
